- Ensure Chart Notes are accurate on member profiles
- Discuss criteria that can be modified in Default build
- Address Zepbound usage and potential PAC denial for weight loss purposes
- Link keys for Clinical purposes
- Push back Tier 5 TE Requests to CS and cancel keys generated from CS
- Inform all PACs about the new Noters field in faxes
